This document establishes the legal terms between the user (you) and MoviPass. By accessing, downloading or using the MoviPass application, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use MoviPass services.
To use MoviPass services, you must register by providing full name, email address, mobile phone number, driver's license number and valid payment method.
The driver's license number is used to validate identity, manage infraction records and comply with local regulations.
It is your responsibility to keep your account information updated and secure. You must not share your credentials with third parties.
MoviPass requires registration of a credit or debit card to process payments related to parking, tolls and fines.
All payment information is managed through certified gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards and use tokenization, in addition to 3D Secure authentication systems.
MoviPass does not store sensitive card data on its servers.
The app connects to services like Google Maps to offer real-time geolocation of parking spaces.
It also connects to government systems (for example, INTRANT and DIGESETT) to verify and manage vehicular infractions.

• The user commits to use the app only for legal purposes.
• Must not manipulate, improperly access or interfere with MoviPass systems and functionalities.
• Is responsible for the correct use of their account and the veracity of the entered data.
MoviPass is not responsible for the availability of parking spaces or for errors derived from misuse of the app.
We do not guarantee total coverage in areas without connectivity or outside enabled service areas.
We also do not respond for decisions made by competent authorities related to fines or retentions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any change will be communicated via email or notification within the app with reasonable advance notice.
8.1 Service Request
The user acknowledges that requesting a vehicle towing service through the MoviPass application constitutes express authorization for an authorized third-party provider to proceed with transferring the vehicle to a designated parking lot, based on information provided by the user themselves.
8.2 Nature of the service
MoviPass acts solely as a technological intermediary in connecting the user and the tow truck service provider. The physical execution of the service falls to a legally registered and verified third party.
8.3 Disclaimer of liability
I declare that I receive and pay for the Transport, Towing and Vehicle Retention service of my vehicle through the MoviPass SRL mobile application, acknowledging that said service has been managed by an authorized third-party supplier, whose tow truck has proceeded with the transfer of the vehicle to an authorized parking lot. Through this document, I declare having received my vehicle in acceptable conditions at the time of pickup, and consequently, I release from all present or future liability:
• MoviPass SRL, as technological intermediary
• The tow truck service supplier and its operating personnel
• The parking lot operator where the vehicle was stored
• The property owner where said parking lot operates
• Fiduciaria Reservas
• DIGESETT
• Fideicomiso ParquéaT RD
For any material damage, loss or situation related to the transfer, custody or release of the vehicle, provided there is no conclusive evidence of fraud or gross negligence properly documented.
I also acknowledge that this document constitutes a full and absolute release from any subsequent claims related to the facts described above.
8.4 Digital acknowledgment
The user, when requesting to complete the towing process through the web or app, may electronically validate their consent to these terms and conditions
